HOTEL POLICIES
Check in time is 2pm, Check out is 11am
The arriving guest must present his/her credit card along with a valid ID that matches the reservation. If the room and/or incidental charges are being paid by someone else, the hotel will require the person agreeing to pay to complete a credit card authorization form. You must be 21 years of age in order to check-in. A €100 security deposit for incidental charge will be held on your card upon check-in.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Changes to the dates of stay, number of guests per room or number of confirmed rooms will be subject to current pricing which may be different than previously confirmed rates.
Reservations Canceled in less than 72 hours of the confirmed reservation will be charged for the the first night.
If your reservation is a non-cancellable, non-changeable, and non-refundable booking; cancellation of your reservation will result in a full penalty of all nights room and tax to your credit card; any questions regarding your cancellation policy should be directed to the hotel directly by e-mailing Reservations@OhasisBoutiqueSuites.com
